Tamar Silveira keeps seeing signs that she is dead, has died, or will die while in Barovia. Is she going crazy? Are these visions prophetic? Is someone playing a trick on her? The answer is unknown and that is unnerving.

• Tamar sees her name on an empty crypt in the Death House basement along with the five carved with the names of the Durst family. The other characters do not see any name carved upon the 6th crypt.
  *While driving by a crossroads on the way to the Tser Pool, the party sees an empty gallows. However, once past, the gallows then hold the dead corpse of Tamar. The other party members all claim to see a body of some male Barovian peasant. Hearing that they don’t see what she sees doesn’t help, so Tamar starts to freak out even more.
